ACCREDITED TM44 INSPECTIONS IN MANCHESTER
We can also help you fulfil your legal obligations with accredited TM44 inspections in Manchester. You’ll need these if you have an air conditioning system with a collective cooling capacity of (or greater than) 12 kW, installed after January 2008.
According to the Energy Performance of Building Directive 2002, (a European Directive designed to reduce carbon emissions and promote energy efficiency), every air conditioning system of 12kW must be inspected at regular intervals – at least once every 5 years. (This applies to single large-scale units with an output of 12kW and to individual units that together reach or exceed 12kW.)
